MONDAY: 7am Campus and 415pm Delpark
Tuesday: 7 and 8am Rickard 7am Iroquois and 330pm Rickard
Wednesday: 7am Campus and 3pm Courtice
Thursday: 7am Courtice and 330pm Courtice
Friday: 7am Iroquois

-Weekly Detailed PS On-Ice Movement Sessions
-10 Week Format
-Certified, Energetic PS Coaches
-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Feedback
-4/5-1 Player to Coach Ratio
-Wear the Gear! Free PS Jersey
-Use the Method like our 350+ NHL players
Program suited for ages 2011-2019 all levels. If your athlete falls outside that age range please contact us.
